(KTVI)-On the Jaco Report, Charles sits down with new Metropolitan St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson. Dotson has been a St. Louis cop for 18 years.  Now the former captain and aide to Mayor Francis Slay says he has major plans to shake up the police department.


Plus, Charles takes a look at gay marriage in Illinois. A bill legalizing same-sex marriage in Illinois failed this past week. But just about everyone in Springfield agrees that gay marriage will probably become legal in Illinois by the spring.
