Blues Apologize To Hockey Fans For NHL Lock-Out


ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Blues’ owner Tom Stillman has released a statement following the tentative agreement to end the NHL lock-out.

In the statement he apologizes to fans about the,  “lack of hockey for the past three months”. He says management and players would have preferred to start the season on time.
