The NFL Wild Card Weekend lived up to that name with four exciting playoff games. On Saturday, The Houston Texans hosted the Cincinnati Bengals and came away with a hard fought 19-13 win in an AFC Wild Card game. That evening the rematch between the Vikings and Packers was held in Green Bay. And the Packers did get revenge, beating the Vikings 24-10. Sunday’s first game was the AFC Wild Card game between the former Baltimore team, the Colts and the current Baltimore tenant, the Ravens. Linebacker Ray Lewis who will retire at the end of the Ravens playoff run, will get to play at least one more week. The Ravens knock off the Colts 24 to 9. And in the second game on Sunday, the Seahawks were the only road team to win. They beat the Redskins and RG3 24-14 in Washington.

So the matchups are set for the second round of the NFL Playoffs. The AFC will have the Ravens playing at the Broncos on Saturday, January 12th at 3:30 pm. On Sunday, January 13th, the Texans play at the Patriots, also a 3:30 pm kickoff. In the NFC, Saturday, the 12th, it’s a prime time matchup, the Packers at the 49ers with a 7:00 pm start. On Sunday the 13th, the Seahawks try to win another road game when they play at the Falcons at 12:00 pm. Both of the NFC playoff games can be seen right here on Fox 2.
