PINE LAWN, MO. (KTVI) - The City of Pine Lawn gave Crime Stoppers an $8,000 dollar check Friday, to use as reward money to catch the killer of missing mom Ebony Jackson.
Earlier this week, Pine Lawn officers collected donations at an intersection.
The mayor of Pine Lawn and the chief of police came up with the idea.
Both men say Jackson-Shelton had no connection to Pine Lawn, but they got involved because Pine Lawn is a caring community.
The $8,000 dollars will be added to a $1,000 dollar reward that has already being offered by Crimestoppers.
Anyone who may have information is asked to call Crimestoppers at 8-6-6-3-7-1-tips.
