(KTVI)-On the Jaco Report, Charles sits down with St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay, who wants to become the longest-serving mayor in St. Louis history.  Slay came to office in 2001. He now is looking for a fourth term.

The winner of the democratic primary on March 5, 2013 will likely become mayor. Slay is running against Board of Alderman president Lewis Reed and former alderman Jimmie Matthews.  Charles will talk with the other candidates for St. Louis mayor in the coming weeks.
