(KTVI) – Michele Sleet, certified yoga instructor, showed Tim some yoga moves to help you sleep better.
Tips for a good night’s sleep along with night time yoga:
· Keep your room (where you practice yoga) tranquil, turn it into a sanctuary with candles, comfortable bedding, and neutral tones
· Turn off all electronics
· Eat light and right at night- no food one hour prior to bedtime
· Practice yoga within two hours of bedtime
