Tim’s Travels: Crystal Cajun Cook-Off

(KTVI) – It’s cold outside. Do you need something to warm you up?  Perhaps a hot meal will do the trick.  Tim Ezell was cooking up some Cajun cuisine Wednesday morning at the Broadway Oyster Bar.  

They are kicking off this weekend’s Mardi Gras events, including the Crystal Cajun cook-off.  Professionals and amateurs are participating in the event which takes place Jan. 26 from 12 noon until 4 p.m. at St. Louis City Hall Rotunda.
