Classic Budweiser Sign Being Replaced With Brighter Version

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The famous “Budweiser” sign on top of the brewery’s Bevo building in Soulard is getting a makeover.

Workers will begin dismantling the sign and replacing it with a new brighter version of the sign  using LED technology on Monday.  The improvements to the sign will also make it better able to withstand exposure to the elements.

The renovated sign should be back up and lighting the St. Louis sky in four or five weeks.
