Police Arrest Man Suspected In 28 Burglaries

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO. (KTVI) – The O’Fallon Police Department has made an arrest that could clear the books of 28 residential burglaries in St. Charles County, Back on January 12th, a citizen called the O’Fallon Police Department to report suspicious activity by a man in the 300 block of Copper Tree Court, who had been looking into the windows of vacant homes.  The suspect was seen leaving the area in a truck that police later tracked down and arrested the male occupant.

Upon further investigation, Joshua Middleton, 23, of O’Fallon, MO.; was charged by the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for 27 counts of Burglary 2nd degree, one count of Theft/Stealing of over $500, with a $50,000 bond.
