CREVE COUER, MO. (KTVI) - A relative of an employee at the Dollar Tree in Creve Couer, who was a victim of a robbery at the store, said she is furious about the robbery.

"That is my baby, and he was terrorized," Teri Sickinger said. "The store needs to improve safety." Sickinger's daughter-in-law's brother was one of the victims.

The suspect waited until the store closed and then he pulled a knife on the employees, according to police.

The suspect also tied up the employees.

"How scary is that?" Sickinger asked. "I am just glad they are okay."

The employees were able to get loose and call police.

Police have not made any arrests.

"I better not catch him," Sickinger said. Her son also works at the store, but he had the night off, "He could have been working there too, and it easily could have turned into something really bad. I am just glad he wasn't working."

If you have any information, contact Crimestoppers at 866-371-TIPS (8477).
