Carjacking in Affton

AFFTON, MO. (KTVI) – Just after 8:00 pm, a homeowner arriving home was the victim of a carjacking.  The carjacking occurred on Dana Avenue, when a suspect walked to the homeowner, pointing a handgun and took the owners car.

Responding police sighted the stolen car and a short pursuit took place.  The suspect crashed the car near I-55 and Carondelet.

No one was hurt during the carjacking and police are still searching for the suspect.
