New York Boy Detained By Cops For 10 Hours

(KTVI) – A 7-year-old boy was handcuffed and detained by New York City cops for ten hours after the child was accused of swiping $5 from another student in a playground on December 4.

The child was later found innocent when another student stepped forward to admit taking the money.

Family attorney Jack Yankowitz filed a $250 million claim against the city and the NYPD. The charges have since been dropped.
