Willnard Anderson's vocal capabilities allowed him to be selected as a member of the Missouri All State Choir . Anderson has emerged as a rising star in the world of young opera singers. In conversation, though, Andersons is articulate, friendly and candid, he's much like any teenage boy talking about what he loves and who he wants to be.
17- year old Willnard Anderson is a honor student at Mccluer North High School in St. Louis.
He was selected to become a member for the Missouri All- State Choir. This is one of the highest honors that a student can achieve in the state of Missouri. Many people will have you believe that it takes Years of expensive lesson to become a great singer.
That 's not the case here , meet Willnard Anderson born with a magic voice. Anderson can sing anything from gospel ,to classical music to opera. The teenager had to go through a rigorous audition process to make the cut to be a member of the choir.
Anderson's voice sounds like a professional opera singer. His teachers say you should not judge a book by it's cover because something powerful can be inside of them. The Mccluer North students' voice will amaze you and take your breathe away. The teen opera student says it takes practice and discipline to become a great singer. The high school senior has been a member of the Missouri All State choir for two consecutive years. Being a member is a rare achievement for any student to be selected twice.
