What Is “Vine”?

(KTVI)- This past week, Twitter’s new video app, Vine, made its debut. The app lets you capture six seconds of video that will loop continuously. You can them upload the videos to Twitter for all to see. Right now, the app is only available for iPhone and iPad. It is reportedly coming to the Android platform soon.
