Norovirus Cases Spiking In St. Louis Area
(KTVI) – The Norovirus is spiking in the St. Louis area, according to doctors at Barnes Jewish Hospital.
The hospital’s emergency department has treated an average of 15 people a day.
The norovirus causes diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting and nausea.
The norovirus is more contagious than the flu and can easily spread without a lot of contact.
