Spots Still Available For Free Kids Dental Care

(KTVI)- There are still almost one hundred openings for the upcoming Give Kids A Smile clinic being held on March 1 and 2. The deadline to register is Friday, Feb. 15, 2013.
Children who qualify will receive free professional cleaning, sealants, fluoride treatments, have cavities filled, and oral surgery if needed. All of it is free of charge.

The Give Kids A Smile (GKAS) program is hosting the clinic at the Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education. Any child, toddler to 8th grade, who is Medicaid-eligible, qualifies for a school lunch program or needs assistance due to other circumstances are welcome. Pre-registration is required. To register, call 636-397-6453 by February 15.

Services will be provided in a fun-loving atmosphere. Delta Dental of Missouri’s Tooth Wizard, Panda and Spanish-speaking Tooth Fairy will the stroll the clinic floor. Face painters, balloon artists, a juggler, and more will be on hand to keep kids entertained.
