Franklin County Students Return To Class After Bomb Threat Scare
ST. CLAIR, MO (KTVI)– A Franklin County school has been given an all clear after a bomb threat was found.
Superintendent Dr. Michael D. Murphy said a written note was found on a desk at St. Clair Junior High indicating an explosive device was in the building.
Authorities said a student admitted to writing the note.
All students were evacuated around 11 a.m. Thursday to the St. Clair High School gymnasium while a thorough search was conducted.
All students are safe.
