SOUTH ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)--The suspect in a pair of rape cases near the Bevo Mill in south St. Louis has now been charged in the second case.  Timothy Gilbert was already charged for an alleged attack on Delor Street in December.  He has now been charged in a second attack that happened the next day just a couple of blocks away on Walsh Street.

Police say he was burglarizing two houses. In both cases, a woman woke up and caught him in the act. He then allegedly raped those women.
