(KTVI)--On the Jaco Report, should you have to produce a photo ID when you vote? The Missouri House  of Representatives says yes. They say it protects against voter fraud. But voter impersonation fraud has happened in Missouri once in 77 years. Why then is the law needed? Opponents say it’s simply a way to prevent some people from voting.

Plus, so far in 2013 St. Louis has a murder rate 21 times that of New York City. We talk to the man who represents one of the city's hardest-hit neighborhoods, Alderman Antonio French.
