Stalled Vehicles Keeping Plows From Clearing Roads

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)– It is a common sight around the area, drivers stuck in the snow. The roads are treacherous out there.

MoDOT says people and employers should have heeded warnings to stay home. There are hundreds of vehicles stuck now blocking roads and plows.
