Tow Truck Driver Charged With Stealing Autos

CLAYTON, MO. (KTVI) – The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorneys Office has issued warrants against Leonard T. Ingram, 55, of St. Louis.  He’s accused of stealing vehicles with his tow truck from Ingram Towing, from Webster Groves.

Ingram is charged with one count of stealing a motor vehicle.  His bond has been set at $25,000.

The complaint says that Ingram stole the broken down car from the side of interstate 70, near earth city.
