My Neighborhood: New Developments on Delmar

UNIVERSITY CITY, MO (KTVI) – There are some changes coming to the University City area as Washington University readies to start construction on an $80 million project on Delmar beginning in February.

In total, 22,000 square feet of new retail space will be added and 240 apartments. An underground parking garage is also in the works.  Cheryl Adelspein with Wash U. explains.
