Cardinals Beat Yankees 7-6 with Three run Ninth Inning

The Cardinals young infielders contributed in a big way in the Cardinals come from behind 7-6 win over the Yankees on Thursday in Jupiter, Florida in a Spring training game. Shortstop Pete Kozma tied the game at 2-2 with his second home run of Spring Training. Daniel Descalso, the Cards 2nd baseman put the Redbirds ahead in the 7th inning with a two run home run to give St. Louis a 4-3 lead. Then in the bottom of the 9th inning, rookie 2nd baseman Kolten Wong tied the game at 6-6 with a two run homer of his own. Adron Chambers then singled in the winning run later on in the bottom of the 9th to give the Cardinals a 7-6 come from behind win.
