The Blues road trip featured a 4-2 lead heading to the third period. That was the situation on Tuesday in Los Angeles when the Blues collapsed and lost by giving up four goals in the final period. On Thursday night in Phoenix the score was exactly the same, but this time the Blues prevailed 6-3 over the Coyotes.
David Perron handed out four assists. Patrik Berglund scored two goals. Chris Stewart had a goal and two assists.

Jake Allen returned from Peoria to start in net. The rookie goalie stopped 23 of 26 shots improving his record in goal to 4-1 (4-0 on the road). The Blues trip heads back to California for games on Saturday in San Jose then Sunday in Anaheim.
