CHESTERFIELD, MO (KTVI) – Rapper Sean Forbes spoke and performed at Marquette High School in Chesterfield on Monday March 11. Sean played a couple of his songs for Tim Tuesday.

He's not just any rapper - he's deaf.

Sean was born into a family of musicians, but lost his hearing at 9-months of age due to spinal meningitis and is profoundly deaf. With the encouragement of his parents, and the acceptance of his deafness he pursued his passion for music. He has developed the ability to sense sound and feel music through vibrations.
