The Blues fell behind 3-0 on Tuesday night in Vancouver before mounting a huge third period comeback, only to fall short, losing 3-2. After a scoreless first period, the Canucks scored three 2nd period goals against Blues rookie goalie Jake Allen, Vladimir Sobotka scored in the third period to get the Blues on the scoreboard. Patrik Berglund scored with a little over five minutes to play to cut the Canucks lead to 3-2. But that’s as close as the Blues could get. The Canadian road trip continues on Saturday night for the Blues when they play the Oilers in Edmonton.
