Jaroslav Halak returned to the Blues net and tied a club record on Saturday night in the Blues 3-0 win at Edmonton. Halak stopped all 19 shots he faced and recorded his 15th shutout as a Blue, tieing the team record for most shutouts, set by Glenn Hall in the late 1960’s. The Blues got goals from Christ Stewart in the first period and  third period goals from Alex Steen and T.J. Oshie to account for the scoring. Halak had not played in goal for the blues in two weeks, due to the recent success by rookie goalie Jake Allen.
