Nearly Half Million Pounds Of Meat Products Recalled

(KTVI) – The Manda Packing Company of Baker, Louisiana is recalling nearly half a million pounds of meat products.  The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service is concerned that the products may have been contaminated with the deadly bacteria Listeria monocytogenes.

The recall covers roast beef, ham, turkey breast, tasso pork, ham shanks, hog head cheese, corned beef and pastrami.
