Blackhawks Shutout Blues 2-0

The NHL’s top team, the Chicago Blackhawks came in to Scottrade Center on Sunday afternoon and promptly shut out the Blues 2-0. Hawks goalie Corey Crawford stopped all 30 Blues shots fired at him. After a scoreless 1st period, Chicago’s Bryan Bickell ended Brian Elliott’s three game plus shutout streak. Marian Hossa scored a shorthanded goal for the Blackhawks in the 3rd period for insurance.

The Blues have seven games left in the regular season, six of them will be played at home. Their next action is Tuesday, April 16th, when the Blues host the Vancouver Canucks.
