Restaurant Fail Shows How Not To Respond On Social Media


(KTVI)- When it comes to social media, a.k.a. Facebook, Twitter, etc., what is the etiquette for businesses in responding to less than complimentary posts?

The owners of Amy’s Baking Company Bakery Boutique & Bistro in Arizona recently took to the restaurant’s Facebook page to respond to negative comment-ers. They may not have used the best judgement. The restaurant was featured on an episode of Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares. Ramsey walked away after finding the owners too difficult to work with.
