Fairview Heights Man Pleads Guilty To Heroin Overdose Death

EAST ST. LOUIS, IL. (KTVI) – In East St. Louis Federal Court Wednesday, Joseph Robinson, of Fairview Heights plead guilty to selling the heroin that caused the death of 22-year-old Donnie T. Bauman.  Bauman died on December 21, 2010 in his home from a heroin overdose, after purchasing $20 worth of heroin and syringe from Robinson.

By pleading guilty, Robinson now faces a sentence of 20 years to life.
