Arrest Made In Fatal Double Shooting On Chippewa

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – An arrest has been made in the shooting death of a South St. Louis convenience store owner. Joseph Fox, 23, is being held without bond.

On Friday, 19-year-old Haris Gogic was shot in the head during a robbery at the Quick Stop on Chippewa. The suspect opened fire after demanding money when one of the brothers behind the counter grabbed a baseball bat. Gogic’s brother was shot in the leg.

The Circuit Attorney’s office has warrants for 1st degree murder, 1st degree assault, 1st degree robbery, 1st degree burglary and three counts of armed criminal action for the shooting and robbery on Chippewa.
