Pockets of Thunderstorms around St. Louis Area

ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI) - A couple of isolated pockets of strong to borderline severe storms continue to pulse up and down along and about 20 miles either side of I-44. The strongest was a severe storm along the Missouri River centered on Augusta. This storm has produced nickel sized hail and may produce 40-50 mph wind gusts as it drifts slowly north into southern St. Charles and far western St. Louis Counties. A severe thunderstorm warning continues until 9:00 pm.
