St. Charles County seeking to reduce Mosquito Breeding Areas

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO. (KTVI) – With all of the rainfall and flooding this spring, the St. Charles County Health Department is asking for the public’s help to reduce mosquito breeding areas.

While the county’s mosquito control program is driven by complaints by citizens, the county does go out to areas infested by mosquito’s and injects lavacide into bodies of standing water or uses spray trucks to disperse insecticide in neighborhoods.
