Fatal shooting in North County

NORTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO. (KTVI) – St. Louis County Police are investigating a fatal shooting of 25-year-old ONeal L. Stafford in north St. Louis County.  Police responded to a call of a “man down” at Winkler and Chambers, where officers found a man who’d been shot to death on the corner of the intersection.

An investigation is underway.
