Accident Shutdowns Westbound Lanes Of I-44 In Fenton For Several Hours

FENTON, MO (KTVI) – Three people are injured after a chain-reaction accident in the westbound lanes of I-44 westbound near Soccer Park in Fenton.

Police say a tractor trailer failed to stop for traffic and slammed into a Honda Accord, making a chain-reaction involving two other vehicles.

Two drivers, a 32-year-old man and a 69-year-old woman, were transported to a local hospital in serious condition. Another female driver was transported with moderate injuries. The 21-year-old driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.
