A fisherman reeled in a rockfish older than the state of Alaska – in Alaska. The 39-pound beast is believed to be 200 years old, way before the U.S. acquired the state from Russia in 1867. Folks are not amused — some are saying he should have let the elderly creature enjoy its twilight years in peace.
