SPRINGFIELD, IL (KTVI) — Illinois Governor Pat Quinn moved to limit the number of firearms and rounds that can be carried and to ban guns from any establishment serving alcohol. He wants people to carrying one gun at a time, with no more than 10 rounds of ammunition.

Quinn claims the threat of such public shootouts would make residents less safe.
