Rain Garden for Project Clear in North St. Louis

(KTVI) - The new rain garden in North St. Louis is located at 14th and Clinton streets.  The Metropolitan Sewer District built it to handle both storm water and waste water.

More are being created as part of "Project Clear," a 23-year, $4.7 billion initiative.  MSD spokesperson Lance Lecomb explains how it works.
