Some Missouri lawmakers want to change school transfer law

CLAYTON, MO. (KTVI) – Missouri lawmakers who represent the Riverview Gardens and Mehlville school districts, say the confusing school transfer law should be changed.

Thursday is the deadline for students in the unaccredited Riverview Gardens and Normandy school districts to apply to transfer to other schools.  But as the confusing process grinds forward, some state officials hope to do something about it.
