ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Hooping has become a popular activity for exercise, performance and entertainment. Go to most concerts this summer and you will see people on the sides of the crowd with hoops. But mostly you’ll see girls and women.

Michelle Shaeffer, from the St. Louis Hoop Club, stopped by to tell Tim Ezell hooping is not just for girls. Anyone can learn to hoop and enjoy the activity. David Curtis is an avid hooper and showed off his skills outside the studio.
