Charges dropped: Woman accused of wearing ski mask, holding chainsaw

WINFIELD, MO (KTVI) – Felony charges have been dropped against a Winfield, Missouri, woman accused of approaching neighborhood kids while wearing a ski mask and holding a chainsaw.

A grand jury did not indict Lynn Marie Herzog because of lack of evidence.

Herzog was charged with felony harassment in June.
