Egg drop contest at Confluence Tower

HARTFORD, IL (KTVI) – Katie Lambie is the Lewis and Clark Confluence Tower Manager. She stopped by to tell Tim Ezell about an “egg drop” competition at the tower.

The competition will focus on constructing the best protective covering that can prevent an egg from breaking when it is dropped from the Confluence Tower.

Participants will have one hour to create their egg covering using only the materials provided.

Construction begins at 1:00pm, with the egg drop at 2:00pm. The cost is $4 per person.
