About 1,600 new students, including freshmen, and transfer or exchange students will be moving in to the “South 40” residents hall at Washington University.

Classes start next Tuesday. There was a welcoming pep rally Thursday morning.

And at Webster University, more then 300 freshmen are among the 700 students moving onto campus for the Fall semester.
