Stanley “Outlaw” Carter sentenced for stealing pot; fatal shootings

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – With the sentencing of Stanley “Outlaw” Carter, 29, of St. Louis, a federal investigation into violent crime in the City of St. Louis ends. The investigation was started in 2009, by a task force of law enforcement agents.

Carter was sentenced St. Louis federal court  on two federal firearms charges related to drug trafficking. Judge Autrey sentenced Carter to 20 years in prison for two crimes that he participated in 2008. One for a home invasion with guns drawn stealing a large amount of marijuana and the second for a shooting carried out with AR-15 that left two men dead near the Riverview Circle in May 2008.
