FOLEY, MO. (KTVI) – Lincoln County Deputies have arrested 35-year-old Eugenio Jimenez of Foley, Missouri for threatening a man with a machete, after an altercation with a man in the 100 block of Peaceful View Lane.

The incident was sparked from a previous incident that occurred two year ago.

It’s alleged that Jimenez struck the victim several times in the face Sunday morning while he was visiting a friend’s house.  Jimenez arrived at the residence, and asked to speak to the victim, starting the altercation.

Jimenez at some point left the victim, only to return with a machete threatening the victim.

Deputies arrested Jimenez at his girlfriends home a short time later, on Country Hill Estates.

Jimenez is being held in the Lincoln County jail on a $75,000 cash only bond.
