ST. LOUS, MO (KTVI)– A man has been charged in the death of a 35-year-old man killed in June.

Officers responded to a call for a shooting and located Robert Coley, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, seated in a vehicle in the 6100 block of Vermont. Coley was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigation revealed that Coley had parked his vehicle with a friend and met with two black male suspects to make a drug transaction. The suspects shot Coley multiple times as he remained seated in his vehicle.  The friend of the victim was not injured.

Twenty-year-old Jerrick Williams was charged with Murder and Armed Criminal Action.

A judge issued no bond.
