(KTVI) - A trial continues on Wednesday in Franklin County for a man shot by state troopers during an arrest last year. Jeffrey Weinhaus is known as "Bulletin Man" for his anti-government newsletter and online videos.  In one video shown to jurors he said he had the right to shoot corrupt officials.

Last year, troopers met him at a gas station near St. Clair with warrants for his arrest. Officers say he reached for a gun, so they shot him.

He's charged with armed criminal action and resisting arrest.
