Dave Murray’s latest stl forecast and weather disco…For Friday…November 1, 2013.

*** The flow has flipped back to the northwest flow at all levels of the atmosphere and that means the spring-like wetaher is over…for now…no deep cold…just getting back to where we should be this time of year…cool days and chilly to cold night through the weekend***

My STL winter forecast will be out Thursday…November 21st…9PM…Our winter Stormfest…Saturday November 9th at 11am

Friday:

A mix of clouds and sun…breezy and cool
Winds: West 10-20 m.p.h.
High: 62 degrees.

Friday night:

Partly cloudy and cold
Winds: West 5-10 m.p.h.
Low: 42 degrees.

Saturday and Sunday:

Partly sunny and cool
Winds: Northwest 5-15 m.p.h.
High: 58 degrees

THE WEATHER DISCO:

We are in the back-wash of a low pressure system over the Great Lakes…resulting in the cooler flow from the northwest…this will be in place Friday and Friday night…no moisture to work with in the flow…but a chilly air mass in place. All is quiet for the weekend…high pressure muscling in…partly sunny skies and cool days with chilly to cold night. A little warmer up in place for early next week…not like what we are coming out of…but a touch warmer…the next system as another low starts to come out of the southwest will be in play tuesday and wednesday of next week with rain and a few thundershowers
