Bank robbery suspect arrested in O’Fallon

ST. PETERS, MO. (KTVI) – The St. Peters Police has arrested 23-year-old Earl Pitt of St. Peters, in connection to the robbery of the U.S. Bank inside the Schnucks store on Mid Rivers Mall Drive on November 30th.

Pitt is accused of indicating that he had a gun, while passing a note to a teller demanding money.

Evidence related to the robbery was found in the St. Peters area, that lead to the arrest of Pitt in O’Fallon, MO. Saturday.

Pitt has been charged with Robbery 1st and is being held in the St. Charles County Jail on a $150,000 bond.

Investigators are working with other law enforcement agencies I the St. Louis area, with similar bank robberies.
